All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

why do people keep saying upshaw cant play 43 de? he played 43 de with his hand on the ground 75% of the time at alabama....
i dont get it...
hes 6-2 270 thats plenty big..
6'2" is considered SHORT for a DE in todays NFL, but that does not mean he can not play.
I would rather the Bills draft Upshaw than a guy a couple inches taller from a lesser program that did not play against the level of competition Upshaw played against.
There is also something to be said for drafting guys that played in WINNING programs in College. They know how it feels to win & have that winners mentality where losing BOTHERS them.

I agree with you whole comment.
You know how I feel about the competition in the program he plays in.
1st thing you hear after the SR bowl was don't draft Upshaw or he wasn't a factor.
Watch the other games he played and you will see a different player.
Im sure Upshaw is on a short list of Buddy and Chan, you know they like the guys down South and especially players at a program like Bama were you know they will be NFL ready..
Don't overthink it, the guy can ball, that's all that matters.
I agree, to many people look at all the other crap that goes with it.
His arm length, height, etc......
If we are going to run a mix between a 4-3 and 3-4 he is perfect because he can do both.
I do know this he will help right away with stopping the run as well....
I would imagine Dareus could provide the best insight on Upshaw as well as Hightower and other Alabama players. He not only played with them, he lived with them. I'm sure he has been questioned about them. I'd love for someone to ask his opinion.
non of the DL that will be drafted in the top 15 will ever be anything but subpar, there is none that will be dominate, if the Bills draft one they are truelly as stupid as I and many, many others think they are.........

he may of taken the mvp of the bcs but college is nothing compared to the nfl, in the nfl the players are bigger, stronger, faster, this years class just isn't that good for defensive lineman, sure some teams will reach, we know the Bills reach for players all the time, and they pay for it also Maybin is a prime subject and McCargo as well and if you are happy with those kinds of players then sure take on of these D linemen u will see. where we should go is WR or OL with our pick at 10 or trade up or down, I would like us to trade up and get Justin Blackman WR, or trade out of the top 15 and get maybe a OLB or ILB.
