Recent inductees, whose careers spanned at least part of the 1990's or later...

QB's-Seven
RB's-Seven
WR's-Four
O-Line-Ten
D-Line-Seven
LBers-Six
DBacks-Four

What a crock of ****.

I have no problem with the linemen.

Most of those guys used to toil in obscurity, and only in the last 10-15 years have they begun to get the big payday and the recognition they deserve.

I'm happy for Dawson and Kennedy.

It's the running backs and the 3rd down pass rush specialists that I don't care for.

As far as I'm concerned, if you elect Doleman, you should elect Talley too. He was far more complete as a player.

Dawson and Roaf were no-brainers to me.

Kennedy? Sam Adams and Pat Williams ought to be first ballot, then.

The only reason I give Kennedy a pass is because he excelled on some piss-poor teams. He's the Seahawk version of Fred Smerlas, IMO.

Funny you should mention Smerlas, because he was the player I was actually going to refer to but backed off.

Cortez Kennedey was a dominant DT that went under the radar because he played on a poor team. He was a no brainer.

The WR position is cannibalizing itself, with three guys (or as some would argue only really two) on the ballot they are splitting the votes and failing to get enough to make it in.
