    Let the offseason begin

Now that we're done with the SB, let's move on to the offseason. The Bills have a lot of work to do.

Priority 1 - Order more stationary
Note back from accounting - rejected for cost savings.

Uh oh. This doesn't bode well for priority #2 - Free Agency.

        1. Sign Stevie
        2. Jump into FA with guns blazing for a big WR and a LB.
        3. Get a stud DE in the draft
        4. Extend Freddie

Well we can't afford to lose Freddie for a mere mid round draft pick. Spiller is good but in this day and age you need 2 really good RBs. Can't be taking 1 step forward and 1 step back.

Nor should he be. His contract is down right disgraceful for all he did for this team last season.

The injury only helps the team scoff at a renegotiated deal as well.

The problem we have is that we know Spiller is not Spiller in a limite roll. He didn't really get going till he started getting more and more carries and knew he was the man in our offense. With Jackson back his role will again be reduced and his production will tail off more than likely.

i agree that he should be upset about it, but bringing contract disputes to the public, usually dont end well, especially for runningback on the wrong side of thirty

But who cares about individual stats. The goal is to win games. Look at Bradshaw and Jacobs last night. When you win, everyone's happy.

Everyone on the Giants is happy NOW. Give it a couple months. Osi Umenyiora is no more happy with his contract than Freddie is & both are getting up in age.

Bradshaw and Jacobs complement each other though. Spiller and Jackson can both do the same things and do them really well.

Both can run inside and outside with one being better than the other at one aspect. Both can run routes and are good with screens and both can pass protect (Spiller really improved in that area)

Basically, Spiller needs to touch the ball 25 times to be effective and so does Jackson. Any top RB needs to get plenty of touches to make plays.

                              Yes but we don't win.
