Which one would you choose?

Stevie. As he's proven. While Freddie is proven too we do have a backup plan in Spiller. The other WRs while might look better are still unknown with this team etc. While I like Avril I still wonder if he could reproduce that production here even though an impact pass rusher and making the D better probably go a long ways making the Bills a better team than retaining Stevie. Yet given the question Stevie's the smartest and/or safest pick which is best for this team right now. As we need to keep the talent we do have and compliment it with more.

Stevie, he knows the offense, has good chemistry with Fitz and he's entering the prime of his career.

I picked Fred Jackson because by the time he got injured, he was pretty much the best offensive skill player in the NFL. But i do admit, no johnson is worse because at least Spillers good. But id still choose Jackson over 95% of the NFL

Fred Jackson. He is the leader on this team and it would be crippling to lose him. Stevie can be replaced and in order to land one of those top tier free agents, the Bills would have to pay a considerable amount. It always scares me when a guy finally gets paid....sometimes the motivation goes out the window.

I chose FA WR because let's face it, we won't resign Stevie. I would love Bowe, and we will resign Freddy.

Although I do like Stevie Johnson as a receiver, the Bills could do better with a receiver like Jackson. However, just having 1 receiver worth throwing to wont improve this offense much. Personally, I think Johnson is all but done as a Bill. If I'm Nix, I'm making a hard run at both Bowe and Jackson when free agency opens up. JMO

How do people still not realize Fred Jackson is already under contract for next season?

The same way people don't realize that this isn't a question of whether or not to sign Freddie but yet of how to allocate money to different people or areas that need it given our limited cap space.
