All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
I dont know why we suck soo bad but it is frustrating. What will be even worse is if we win the next 2 games and Darcy decides not to sell b/c he thinks we can make a run and then blow it. I do not think we are makeing the playoffs. We just need to accept it and be sellers at the deadline
you shouldnt torture yourself trying to answer questions that have no answer
like:
- what is the sound of one hand clapping?
- why did it take so long to get chocolate flavored cheerios?
- why do i get so sleepy after i touch myself?
I think they do not have enough Grit in their forwards.. Guys who can crash the board and make the opposing team fear going into their own corners to get the puck.
The team lacks the heart of a champion and the drive necessary to be a champion.
Which is why I think we need to gut most of the forwards on this team and start over. The attitude of a champion is not being seen, and that is permeating itself throughout the organization.
In all reality, who's motivated if there is stability? All the best teams / players that get comfortable aren't really as motivated or playing at their highest level.
You give a coach a guaranteed job, a manager piece of mind and I'll show you a losing group. I can see if it's the playoffs and you have a limited roster to work with (like the Sabres losing their entire defense a few years back in the conference finals), otherwise you make the move(s) necessary to plug those holes. If they're not obvious at a time when you can do something about it, when will they be obvious ?
