All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

Looking back on the year the Pegula has owned the team. Do you think we are better off than last year at this time?
Record wise no but for the future yes. When this team plays well I think they have a lot of talent. I really like Erhoff. Also I am really hoping that next year will bring a new addition via free agency and that the chemistry with this team will improve.

are you serious?
This team still lacks talent on an epic level. We have no true center. We have no scoring after Vanek and Poms. The D has some talent but also some jokers like Sekera. Guys like Adam and Kassian aren't ready to step up.
Pegula was the NHL's Danny Snyder last year. Hopefully he learns going forward.
Thats why I said the future. I think the future looks bright if we have a good offseason. Combine hopefully aquiring a No 1 center with more time playing together and more experience for players like Kassian then next season looks good. Also if Leino can live up to the player the sabres thought he was things should be good.
All that being said there is alot of if's in that paragraph so I guess it could go either way
Way overthinking this. I didn't say "the day we lost our opening game" it was the regular season opener which means this entire season was disappointing, starting on that day.
