Tradition: Packers, Bears, Steelers, Browns

Weather: Football meant to be played outdoors in the elements, so no indoor stadiums

Temp: I prefer cooler weather

Most dont mind playing in FL because of the NO STATE Tax....
Bottom line it comes down to $$

Right now, St. Louis.

All the negatives of Buffalo (CheapTurf, high injury rates, poor performance on the field) except weather, plus they have to go to England every year.

Other than that, maybe the Browns? That's about it.

we are at a disadvantage with states who house teams with no state income tax

as well as team with long winning traditions

I'd definitely take Buffalo over Min and Jax because of their financial situations. I'd probably take Buffalo over Oakland, Washington, St. Louis and Miami because those teams are run as poorly as ours is. I'd call the Jets a push.

Any other team would be preferable to Buffalo.

But as stated before, if the price is right I'm pretty sure they'd go anywhere.

if you actually read the question in the title, its asking exactly what you said, just worded weirdly...the word "over" is in the wrong spot.

STL, OAK, ARI, TB, JAX

who in their right mind would rather play for the Bills than the Saints? Or the Texans or 49ers for that matter?
