Me either.

Be interesting to see how the results of this poll match up to the last one.

odds still stacked against them. but you gotta admit they have been playing some good hockey. they were running around in their own end too much the last couple of third periods but other than that they have been very solid all around. if miller wasnt the best player on their team the last month they wouldnt be this close but he is and they are and they are doing what they had to do starting a couple weeks ago, which is win at least two of three the rest of the way. now its technically down to less than that but they still have to keep winning at that 2-1 pace to have a better than 50/50 shot

have they really been that solid? if miller doesn't have the games of his life it'd be the exact opposite. he's bailing everyone out right now, they've been outplayed while fighting for the playoffs.

good goal tending can get you far, but lets not sing the team's praises that has been getting outworked minus ryan miller.

They definitely got away with one last night, but if Miller can keep them in it on a nightly basis, I wouldn't count them out.

Tomorrow is a biggie. IMO last night's win over Vancouver was the most fortunate for the Sabres...Canucks didn't even show up for the first 6 minutes of the first period, but when they got down 3-0 and decided to lace up the skates they were very clearly the better team for the last 54....by far.

Give the team credit, though...it isn't pretty and they've been spending way too much time in their own end but they've played scrappy enough and hustled enough to eke out some points.

If Philly beats Washington tonight and we beat the Jets Monday we will be tied for 8th (pointswise not sure about tie breakers) Considering where we were a couple weeks ago this is amazing

no, win tonite and we are all alone in eighth (more wins)no, we'll both have 31 wins, and they have a game in hand.

things have changed alot again over night, again in Buffalo's favor

the new projected cut line is down to 86.9pts (down from 89.8 yesterday)

sabres need to average 1.17 points per game (down from 1.3 yesterday) or go 10-7-1 to get to 87 pts

things didnt change much over the weekend...

the cut line remains at 86.9

the sabres need to average just 1.12 points per game or go 9-7-1 to get to 87 points

Losing a 4 pt game to the team thats currently in 8th didnt help our cause

new projected cut line 88.12 (up from 86.9)
Sabres need 1.13 points per game, or go 10-5-1 to get to 89 points
