Way back on November 17 (http://blogs.buffalobills.com/2011/11/17/wood-having-surgery-today/), Buffalo Bills (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/teams/buffalo-bills) center Eric Wood (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/players/71167/eric-wood) had surgery to repair a torn ACL suffered in an emphatic road loss to the Dallas Cowboys (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/teams/dallas-cowboys). Today, 110 days since undergoing that procedure, Wood tweeted (https://twitter.com/#%21/EWood70/status/177079724982538240) a significant milestone in his rehabilitation process.

"Ran at 100% body weight for the first time since surgery and it felt great," Wood wrote Tuesday.

We need this boy to stay healthy and be the man in the middle. He adds a lot to the O Line

We need to pick up some improved depth for our OL. I want Woods to be here for years but 2 big time leg injuries has to be taking a toll.

I'm also all about bringing in improved linemen, D or O at any time

I'd expect an OT in the mid rounds if they re-sign Bell.

Interior is looking pretty good. Levitre, Wood, and Urbik are a solid starting 3, and Rinehart was very good filling in at G. Outside of early snap troubles, Urbik played well at OC when filling in as well.

On the interior, I wouldn't expect more than maybe a late round pick. Probably a UDFA rookie or another FA.

I don't know why people aren't taking this as a bid deal... This is pretty great news. If he's healthy and his legs can get the leverage on opponents this is GREAT news.

I really wish we'd sign experienced depth at C, somebody that can swing to guard if necessary, instead of playing it the other way around.
