How do you grade the Bills offseason moves thus far?

With FA begin to set in the next few days, how do you think the Bills have fared thus far?

I am not aware of all of their moves, but here is their grade for the few big ones:

1) Steve Johnson
They got a very good WR at a great price. This is nothing like resigning Kelsey, this guy is worth it and to top it off, Bills underpaid him!
Grade: A

2) Fitz
They pulled the trigger way to early in the season. It was one of those catch 22 scenarios. Do you sign him now at a discounted price or at end of season at market value? As it turned out, he regressed and would be far cheaper now. The Bills rolled the dice and lost.
Grade: D

yeah it's a little hard to judge before FA starts and before the draft.

lol sry i dont usually pile on posters but it was too juicy

so anyway C- so far. every one of their internal signings are shouldas and they got them done. the minus is for chandler who really should be back just due to the fact you dont want to have to remake another one if you dont have to. he must be asking for more than they want to pay cuz really there isnt much other excuse i could come up with not to have him back in the fold

moving grades up from here requires some above and beyond action to get past average. they need to add about two starting fas and two backups that stick, not including camp fodder, to get over a B, and one top tier to get an A

so im guessing B+ is the ceiling
