1. Good. **** Dan Snyder and Jerry Jones.

2. So much for Washington going all-in for VJax.

3. That being said, how can the league penalize a team for an uncapped season?

Well, the Redskins may be out of the runnning for Jackson. It could be a bidding war between Chicago & Tampa.

I just read on Profootball talk.com that teams were warned beforehand that even though 2011 was uncapped to not do contracts that would circumvent the cap in 2012. The Cowboys for example gave Miles Austin a base salary of $17 Mill last year which obviously was done to circumvent the cap in 2012.

If TLongs link to pft is anywhere near accurate, that would put the Cowboys 5.3mil over (from 4.7 under), and the Skins 4.9mil over (from 31.1 under).

Bills along with 27 other teams will receive an extra $1.6m in cap space.

Nice.

Maybe why the Skins changed from the top Payton Manning destination to RGIII trade. You gotta believe they know it before it goes public.

I still have a hard time to believe the trade for RGIII. Even if everything works out, one hit in a game then 3 1st rounders and a near top 2nd rounder go down with it. But I guess Shanahan does not have the patience any more with Manning not an option. He wants to roll the dice to see what he gets in the next 3 years.

The Redskins have weakened their future drafts considerably, and there next 2 FA periods in a huge manner.

If I'm RG3 I'm not excited to be a Redskin

Talk of suing the NFL and Goodel is a dictator.. good stuff

Overall can't blame them for being PO'd. In a few days they will realize it all Snyder's fault and they will turn on him for a long long time
