We should offer Wimbley a ludarcis amount of money at 4:01. He'll want to sign before Mario, so that he can set the market (as opposed to letting Mario sign first, and then being forced to accept less than he got). Plus, it will make whoever signs Mario pay way too much. It's not like we are actually gonna get Mario, so we can at least empty somebody else's wallet.
