Unless he knew the Brinks truck was backed up to his hotel room. Chicago a better fit with a 4-3 defense as well but they cannot afford to pay him what the Bills can.

You can't easily replace the Bills extra $10-$15 Million guaranteed, weather is a wash for both cities.
