New CBA = Even Playing Field Forced

Like the CAP FLOORS in the NEW CBA. It makes teams like the Bills, Browns, Bangles, Rams, Bucs, etc... spend their money! As a result, these teams are signing the top FA and making the NFL even more competitive.

(This takes incentive away from owners to pocket all the saving on players that were never signed. Now they can focus on winning, oppose to making money at the expense of loosing)

Well, rising labor costs, like rising taxes, are passed on to the consumer.
