All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
"We're most likely going to stay at No. 4 and we know we'll get a really good player there,'' [Heckert] said. "But there's about five guys we really like, so we would consider trading down -- but probably only to five, six, seven or eight.''

Depends if you trust them. They actually shoot pretty straight in press conferences. It seems like they are content to add weapons around McCoy now that they lost out on RGIII. Says so in that same article I linked.
They would miss out on tannehill at ten due to Miami being at eight but maybe they have a more secretive plan to draft another player besides the qb or wr.
I'm sure they would be happy with acquiring the number ten pick and one of our later picks in exchange for the 4th pick.
Would be nice to get blackmon there.
How long do you think it will take for Holmgren to catch his breath from laughing so hard at your offer before he hangs up the phone?

He seems like a guy who takes a long time to catch his breath.
He might pass out first.

May be able to draft Blackmon at 10, he's not going top 5. Not sure what you're thinking with this proposal.
Edit: Green was a better receiver than Blackmon, and yet the org passed on him. Green was probably a top 3 talent last year, and we passed. Yet people now want to give up assets to move up and draft a lower quality prospect than the one we had in our laps last season. Doesn't make sense.
