That's quite an assumption. Painting any fan of any team with that is uncalled for. What if he chose to say "Go Bills!"?

Sorry -- I don't find this funny and certainly not news worthy (the bit about the Dallas Cowboys).

Something similar occurred a few years ago during an interview with Tim McVeigh before his execution. If you don't know what he said, then you haven't been alive very long. I won't go into detals here it's too damned depressing..

Sure it may have been a stab at some humor, but it was in very poor taste. It had nothing to do with the Buffalo Bills, and off season or not, there is plenty to talk about that is Bills related.
