Sabres: Little did they know it at the time, but the Sabres' 6-2 win against the Penguins in Pittsburgh's last trip to Buffalo would be the beginning of what could be one of the great playoff sprints in NHL history. Wow! That was the worst reffed game I have ever seen! Those referees should be pretty rich after they get paid by the Pittsburgh owner for how blatant they favored the Penguins. Either they are trying to help the Pens get the #2 seed, or the NHL wants Washington in the playoffs. Either way, I'm so ****ing disgusted! :mad:

The Sabres had refs as well in the past, none in town tonight. What were these guys doing during the virtual rape of Sabres during the game ?? I witnessed several plays of multi-player attacks, second Pens players in hitting on the play with no calls. This was a complete rape & a joke tonight, the NHL should be ashamed of these guys & call them out. What a joke being played on the Sabres, a complete joke.

The fix was in tonight, WWE has less scripted games being played.

The caps responded to the loss by waking up and beating a good team. The Sabres responded by coasting and essentially taking a giant dump on the ice. I don't think this team has the energy or mental toughness to grind this out.
