Matt Kalil's Dad, Frank, was drafted by the Buffalo Bills

I just found this out, never saw anyone else talk about it

Frank Kalil played center for two seasons in the now-defunct United States Football League after being a 1982 11th-round draft choice by the Buffalo Bills. Matt's brother Ryan was a Pro Bowl center the past three years for the Carolina Panthers.

He played professionally in the USFL however, and with Jim Kelly

Frank Kalil played for the Arizona Wranglers (1982-83) and the Houston Gamblers (1984) where he snapped to Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly.

We don't have a chance to get him.

What the hell does that have to do with what I posted..

I just posted a piece of interest.. Did I say we have to get him, or we are going to get him, or anything of the such.. NO!

I just posted an interesting piece of trivia which I bet hardly anyone knew.

If you are replying to Mitchie.. I have him on ignore, so I didn't see what he posted

Maybe a small one. We had no shot at Dareus last year.

Mock drafts are scientific dart throwing.

On April 1st, you can make a mock up for this. Come April 2nd or beyond, it's worthless.

no i agree. things can change.

but is this even remotely possible?

for example, would it be rational to say griffin will be on the board?

To be fair we have a much bigger shot at drafting Dareus last year than we do at the top OT in the entire draft falling to us at 10.

Unless he has some unreported medical concerns there is no way he falls.
