    NEW MOCK 4.0

Now that the NFL Combine is complete and nearly all of the big free agents are off the board, the NFL Draft hierarchy is unlikely to change much in the next three weeks. Like markets, drafts can easily be articulated; some are rather top-heavy with talent (aka the Christina Hendricks market), some are rather proportionately thicker in the middle (the apple-shape, known here as the Kate Winslet market), or the bottom-heavy markets (represented by J-Lo, obviously).
Our president has the odd picks, and I have the evens. I don't think Michael Floyd actually falls this far, but he did in this mock. Let me know what you guys think.

I think you've pretty much got the right players. However, I just don't see the Bills passing on Reif. They spent a lot of money on the defense in FA and the OC and Coach are going to be pushing for help on their side of the ball.

Nice job. I'm fine with Kuechly and believe there's a small chance Claiborne drops to us.

Me either. I certainly don't mind supporting other's efforts at their sites, but when it becomes too much of a pain in the ass it isn't worth it.

I think we trade up for several reasons, we're under-manned still in several fronts. Ralph did say he wanted to win now, going back has a tendency to get you less starting talent.

That's another scenario as well, Blackmon is another possible target.

KC just paid Winston to play RT and have Alberts at LT. I highly doubt they will spend a 1st on a T.

When you lack enough decent players at several spots, giving up picks to move up isn't usually the best way to address multiple needs.

Starting talent is found in every round, but having several early picks increases those odds instead of having one early pick. Possibly sliding back a few spots to grab an extra 2nd or 3rd rounder could be a huge move. Turn 10 picks into 11 or more. Increase the odds of finding real football players.

I wouldn't want to see them move up. Either stay put at #10 or try to find a partner to move back with. With needs at WR, OT, CB, TE, QB, DE, LB, and DE, I'd say the more picks the better.
