For me, the kicker is that Miami's new offensive coordinator was Tannehill's head coach. That's a pretty big factor to overlook.

Yeah Mike Sherman did coach him at A&M and you have to think they also passed on Matt Flynn for a reason. As David Garrard is an aging vet, Matt Moore is a guy who had a chance to suceed in Carolina but ultimately bombed out one has to think the Dolphins need a QB. Yet I'm not sold on Tannehill but hey I'm all for a division rival reaching for a QB that could fail.
