They had a seriously good stretch of hockey that is awfully difficult to keep up. The way they worked the last month and a half was impressive. They beat some good teams down the stretch, especially on that west coast road trip. When they handed it to the Caps, I thought they would be in. This is a slump that a lot of teams have after a run like that. So......Too little, too late.
The Buffalo injury curse is really getting old.
