the Avalanche signed both Selanne and Kariya to one-year contracts. They are expected to play wings on a line centered by Peter Forsberg. That will be the most powerful line in the league. I can't wait to see if Kariya and Selanne can make the same majic they made in Anaheim.

Just the momentum and ego alone from this deal is enough to propel them to the finals.
