Interesting thing i noticed bout our starters

Highlighted are players are players 30 or over that will be replaced more than likely

    Players and there ages

    QB- Fitz- 29
    RB- Jackson- 31
    WR- Johnson- 25
    WR- Easely- 24
    WR- Nelson- 25
    TE- Chandler- 26
    LT- Hairston- 22
    LG- Levitre- 25
    C- Wood- 26
    RG- Urbik- 26
    RT- Pears- 29
    LE- Williams- 27
    DT- K.Williams- 28
    DT- Dareus- 22
    RE- Anderson- 28
    OLB- Barnett- 30
    MLB- Sheppard- 24
    OLB- Moorison- 30
    CB- McGee- 31
    CB- Rogers- 24
    CB- Florence- 31
    FS- Byrd- 25
    SS- Wilson- 31

We have no starter over 31. Not only that, the players at 30 that will likely start next year, Jackson, Barnett, and Wilson, are at the prime of there careers, and Wilson and Jackson were late bloomers so there physically at the age of a 27-28 year old. Pears is probably not a part of the long term RT position, and i believe Hairston will end up as our RT, and we get a rookie LT. Which means our whole line would be an average age of around 24. Our DL right now has a average of around 25-26 years. Thats pretty crazy knowing that in the trenches, after this draft well be set for another 5-6 years.

Not here to be right, just here to have interesting discussions about my impulsive opinions
