Much like what happened when the Bills brought Russell Wilson in for a visit a couple of weeks ago the Bills brought a couple more previously unannounced guests in with OT Jonathan Martin. Joining Martin in Buffalo was Illinois DE Whitey Mercilus and Appalachian State WR Brian Quick.

That's #15 and 16 for those counting along with us.

I would be happy with any of those players & even though I don't like the idea of taking a RB in the top 10, at #10 Richardson may be too good to pass up.

Good question.... that would be interesting to do the comparison.

I think Buffalo Rumblings may have it. My site wasn't around last year so I can't be of much service on this one.

Anyone have a 2011 list?

Based on our count from various sources the Bills have now had 20 visitors. Here's a breakdown:

•Three quarterbacks: Cam Newton, Blaine Gabbert and Christian Ponder
•Five pass rushers: Von Miller, Ryan Kerrigan, Justin Houston, Brooks Reed, and Bruce Carter

•Two inside linebackers: Kelvin Sheppard and Quan Sturdivant
•One offensive tackle: Gabe Carimi
•One center: Colin Baxter

•One cornerback: Patrick Peterson

I think Mercilus is going to be a stud. I feel more alone in that opinion every day as the draft approaches.

...or this...?

The first one looks confirmed, Menzie has reported his visits all offseason on Twitter.

The 2nd one Im not sure...its based off a logical leap though all the names make sense.

Ill probably throw something up about it in a little bit. Good finds!

I think Floyd being off our current visit list is very peculiar considering the need and his grade being right in the 10 area.

For some reason I thought the new CBA upped the allowable visits from 20 to 30.

Quick doent have to know the whole route tree from the word go...we do have coaching for that....

As a #2 he will be fine with his limited pallet of routes...

His speed is inconsistant...I think....but he is a stand up character guy...would love him here in 2nd round.

So, I'm interested in hearing ideas on why we haven't brought in Floyd.

But, looking at this list and looking at current rankings it interesting that they brought in many guys that look like mid to late 1st rounders. Now, it could be they hope one of these guys drops to them in the 2nd but they know pretty well where these guys will go. So unless popular rankings are way different that the Bills rankings... It looks like they may have an idea about trading down. Here's who I'm looking at as mid to late 1st players:

OT Mike Adams-Ohio State
DE Andre Branch-Clemson
OG Cordy Glenn-UGA
DE Chandler Jones-Syracuse
CB Dre Kirkpatrick-Alabama
OT Jonathan Martin-Stanford
DE Whitney Mercilus-Illinois
DE Shea McClellin-Boise State
LB Dont’a Hightower-Alabama
WR Reuben Randle-LSU*
CB Stephon Gilmore-South Carolina*
WR Stephen Hill-Georgia Tech*
DE Vinny Curry-Marshall*

I realize Gilmore, Kirkpatrick, Glenn, and Martin may also be in play at 10 for some but I think the more typical rank puts them as mid 1sts.

Is there a complete list of who the team interviewed at the combine anywhere? That may help fill in some blanks.

No, that's almost impossible to track. At the combine, each interview is only 15 mins long.

I think you can have 30 out of the area draftees in for a visit, if they live in the town already it doesn't count against the 30 total figure.
