Remember his introduction to many at the Jan. 2011 Senior Bowl practices ? Mayock called him the star of the week for his work with the OL, getting them to make instant adjustments and making an obvious difference.
Our OL in 2011 was significantly better and the credit goes to him, according to his players and Gailey.
At some point Draft weekend, a LT prospect will probably be selected and before jumping to conclusions, I'll know Joe D probably had some major imput in the selection from watching film and maybe even working with them during visits.
That in itself will tell me the OT selected has a skillset Joe D can work with and has upside to play well and eventually start.
No post draft opinions will matter, outside of his. He sees something in a selection and that's all I need to know.
