Reiff out for the Bills

I heard Nix on Shredd & Ragan this morning:

Mock drafts- some of them that had at #10, we have in the 4th rnd.

Reiff: a good player, better fit at RT. Could be a swing guy.

Glenn: "VERY GOOD player. Has played multiple positions, started 50 games at the University of Ga. The BEST Conference right now. 34 games at Guard, 15 games at LT. We think he can play LT. LT or RT or Guard"

Glenn is the man the Bills want for the OL & I would not be surprised to see him at #10.

I wouldn't write him off that quickly. You can't really believe anything a GM says to the media this time of year.

I would hope that this is misdirection and Nix would have enough media savvy to not publicly tip his hand 2 days before the draft.

I wouldn't write him off that quickly. You can't really believe anything a GM says to the media this time of year.

Nix has been pretty straight forward since he came to Buffalo. Hearing that interview, you could tell how much they like Glenn. Reiff, not so much. If Reiff is there later in the draft, MAYBE, but not at #10.

Completely with Op on this one. There's so much smoke and mirrors after the first two picks (as opposed to previous years) this year that they're even saying that Kalil won't be the pick at 3. Richardson, whoever...

Heck, I'd love being in an actual NFL war room just once to see when a player is taken and jaws drop, eyes widen and they look at their board and go "... hmph... well that's different" and scramble for those 10 minutes to see what's best.

I'm completely with Buddy on the fact, too, that they will take an impact player at every position.

They have a 7 start, 2nd year OT listed on their roster at LT. Nothing behind.

Buddy better have some good news forthcoming...BUF sure is up there in the sweepstakes for number of years not building an OL bench and not hitting on a decent LT...or they let them walk.

I dont think anyone cares lol. Chandler is our starter, our backups arent great but they can block, and honestly, what we got out of Chandler is amazing considering Gailey doesnt have a history of using TEs

Honestly this year, i could care less about a stud TE. A stud TE gets the same production usually as a slot WR. Especially on a team that uses TEs more as blockers, i dont see a point. If we can get a solid WR/T/OLB in the 2nd, id rather that over even a stud TE.
