:beers:

If the Bills stay at #10, they are going corner or wide receiver (unless Gilmore, Kirkpatrick and Floyd are all off the board before that) and everything else is a smokescreen. Just IMO.

I agree with you.. but I think there's a 50 % chance I expect to be very surprised.

So much up in the air.....
Glad its Thursday already..........

I really have no idea what direction the Bills will go.

Either we do move up and grab Kalil, or we draft a CB, or Kuechly at #10.
Or we trade back and grab BPA...

Not much of anything, but he made it clear he values picks, he indicated (thought didn't directly say) that they haven't had any discussions about moving up, and he said he knows who he wants at 10 no matter what happens in front of them.

Also don't forget both ESPN and NFLN have been told not show players on the phone prior to the draft pick being announced or tweet out the pick before. So the suspense will be back to what it was before.

Depends on where you live. When I lived in PGH, where fans only care about football when the team is doing good, nobody ever showed up, just a bunch of Bills, Browns, and random Cowboys fans where I went. That being said that's the only BWW I went to. It got crowded, but I'm watching the draft at home with my beef on weck and stuffed BP

It's because they have 10 players that they really like. Here's the quote from Nix:

“Unless they give somebody two picks at one time we’re going to get him,” said Nix. “We have 10 guys we like. They can’t get them all.”

As Draftboy said, the Bills are more likely to trade down then up, but I don't think they're actively looking for a trade partner. Nix seemed to indicate that they have been getting calls though. Here's the full article at buffalobills.com:

I'm down in charleston sc, panther and steeler country. So it could be a crap shoot. I'll get there thirty minutes early to make sure we get a table.

As stated... only the REAL diehard Steeler fans (I can count them on my fingers) would actually be there. Panthers fans are an interesting breed. I've always been 100% Bills but some folks down here really love their Panthers and I've adopted them as my redheaded child. I'd fear them moreover than any others for eating up seats.

They usually don't accept it, but depending on the chain you can sometimes call in a reservation and if you've ever been there before you can say "the table near 'x' TV"

The sports on tonight has MLB Toronto vs. Baltimore at 7, Red Sox vs. White Sox at 8:10, and ELEVEN NBA games, one of them being Charlotte... If you can get a decent reservation or can scope the place out to see more NFL jersey's than Celtics/Lakers jerseys you should be OK.

You'd be incredibly surprised my friend... If I hadn't seen it myself I would have said the same thing, but the bar up the street from me always has the 'cats game on all big screens and everyone has a jersey. I thought I was in the ****ing Twilight Zone. I try not to swear but that merited it.

I am surprised. That's a horrifically bad team. And being a fairly new team that has struggled a lot I wouldn't expect them to have much of a diehard loyal fan base. Good for them I guess.

The Hornets had a huge following here as I've been told at work. Those fans either migrated their fan-dom to New Orleans or, when the Bobcats came, immediately attached to the new team. It's very puzzling, but when explained that way somewhat makes sense.

LOL! He's been injured lately maybe becuz age is catching up with him. IMO Terrence has been hugely underrated. He has been as good as Clements was but didn't get some team to overpay for him.

McKelvin has lost his starting job when we signed Florence. Plus, this is his final year of his contract. He will not be re-signed even is he makes the Pro Bowl. Just MHO.

In essence we are losing to 2 CB after this season. This was a position of need.

Out of all players available to us, please tell me who was far and beyond a better pick than Gilmore? All the sexy players were gone. Luke and Barron were traded up for (80% of you didn't want either player anyways). I don't want to hear the trade down b.s. It's easier said than done. You can't force some team to trade picks with you.

I don't understand the maxi-pad hate on Gilmore, considering the players we had to choose from.

I personally would of liked Dre, but almost every analyst seems in agreement that Gilmore moved ahead of him.

I have to respectfully disagree. Mcgee has always been inconsistent. He's been average in my eyes his whole career.

CB was without question a big need for our team. This is a pass happy league filled with franchise QB's. I have high hopes for Aaron Williams, and Stephon Gilmore. The vets can stay a few more years and we'll probably get the best out of them considering they'll probably not have to cover for 12 seconds each play this year.
