I think Nix has takin less than 3 minutes for each pick. They dont even bother saying the bills are on the clock, it immediatly goes to the pick is in. Oh we got a LB finally any info?

As far as I'm concerned, it's all about preparation.
I'd also say that other teams probably know this, and won't be calling without decent notice, to make deals.
A.J. Smith, doesn't entertain trade calls just when his pick is there, and I'd guess Buddy is similarly inclined.
If you want to be prepared, letting any monkey and his dog ring up to try and make a deal, isn't the best approach. I'd expect Nix has a time limit on when he expects to get something done by, and it's not when it's his turn to pick.Comment
