Uh Kirk Morrison is the starter and has had a pretty nice career...Chris White...is Chris White.


Also, I love Tank Carder, but there is no way he is starting this season.

I think White has more chance to stick in Wanny's 4-3. He looked quick enough last year.
Problem seems to be he wants to hit people harder than his body can stand up to, which I think is why he was injured, a lot.
I thought he looked like a good STs guy who could well contribute on the field in rotation this year, but looking at who we've drafted, he might struggle to keep a roster spot.
So might Moats and Batten.

If we keep 7 LBers or somebody else suffers a serious injury in TC yes. Otherwise, no.

I didn't think White would make the team last year, and he did. So we will see.

It surprised me that he made the team as well...until the season started and I saw him on special teams – then it made sense.

We have to remember that a lot of back-ups make the cut based on special teams over guys that may be somewhat more talented. Some of our picks this year should oust him because they look to be good special teamers and are more talented to boot.

Plus, there are fewer spots available due to the switch to the 4/3.
