Former Pitt tight end/receiver Dorin Dickerson generated pre-draft buzz when he ripped up the 2010 NFL Combine, running a 4.4-flat forty-yard dash with a 42-inch vertical at 226 pounds. But Dickerson has made no on-field contributions since, bouncing between practice squads and having yet to record a reception.

Glad to see they are being pro active about keeping up with and evaluating all avenues where talent can be acquired

LMAO DORIN MY BOY! I laid his ass out in high school, he then proceeded to truck me 2 plays in a row! He's a freak of nature. I don't care what age he played at the guy knows how to break tackles, he's versatile, and I tell him all the time to SIGN WITH THE BILLS!

Long story short, he got a pitch route while I was playing corner (He played for West A, I played for Moon) I took his knees out from under him. He kicked my ass 2 plays in a row after that.

Sorry to get so excited, but to get someone who is an acquaintance on your roster, HA I'D LOVE IT! Good Luck Double D!

Would love to see him compete for the starting TE spot, but it's unlikely.

The first step, and this one is critical, would be getting on the roster. Then he is competing for the number one spot. If dude's a freak, it will be hard to not let him move up the depth chart.

Having a TE that other teams not only respected, but feared would be awesome.

I really think he's more of a WR at this point.

I get taking guys your familar with but I really think this coaching staff is just lazy as hell. All of our players seem to only come from PITT, GT and the SEC? Do we even have scouts in the rest of the country?

It seems that WR and TE are the most likely positions in the NFL that guys whom are freakishly physically gifted just can't put it together on the field. Hope he shows something, either as a TE or WR. The Bills' 5th and 6th WR spots and 3rd TE spot are virtually up for grabs IMO to rookies, UDFA, journeymen, etc.

With that kind of size and speed - maybe safety is a good fit for him.
