Giving this a try: I've just been told that the #Bills Fred Jackson signed a two-year, $8 million extension that can be more w/ incentives.

Hope it's Freddy, and 2 years, $8M with incentives sounds fair to all involved. I'm OK paying him more than that if he plays like he did last year . . . and that's where the incentives come in.

Be nice to have this potential thorn resolved already.

Belichick has a motto of "not paying for past performances." The Bills should give more to Jackson but hopefully not a lot of guarantees.
