Accusation against player is resolved confidentially
OKLAHOMA CITY - Defensive back Alvin Porter of the Ravens and tight end Marcellus Rivers of the New York Giants have settled with a woman who accused the former Oklahoma State players of sexual assault in 1999.
A confidential financial settlement was reached Wednesday, attorneys for plaintiff Alison Jennings and the players said.
