One great thing about the current CBA it sure is easier signing first round picks. Still cannot believe Maybin held out so long and yet sucked so bad playing for the Bills. Getting Gilmore signed was easy peazy now that we have a rookie cap in place.
other teams are signing players quickly too.
The league is much better in regards to pay scales and getting rookies into camp with the new cap rules
