Won't have to worry about them taking a player we want in the first round for a few years.

He'll sell his niche pick ideas to the dumb scouts.

Tom will probably fly around and snub everyone from an electric scooter.

he will probably be awesome there

ralph totally goes on on a limb hes never been on before and spends big bucks to hire the biggest front office name to come available in years, makes him president of all operations, and the guy fails miserably. did not see that coming. cant say ralph didnt really reeeally try on that one

now he will probably go to that team and find instant success. you watch

And they thought they dropped big bucks for a dream team last season. Watch Donahoe turn them into what Washington used to be.

I think the guy never had any talent of his own and instead built his reputation off of the excellent Pittsburgh scouting department. I predict he won't fare any better in Philly than he did in Buffalo and his reputation as a loser will be cemented.

Back in the day, TD was going to shut down BBMB......he deserves some "Props" for that thought...just saying

Still don't get the vitriol for the guy.

He had to purge Butlers cap mess - did successfully AND he built a team that was one game away from a playoff run.

His only error was Losman.

His only error was Losman.

And that, my friend, was a HUGE error. You forgot Mike Williams by the way.

His drafts were mostly crap too.

mike williams doesnt count as a normal error, there really was no judgment involved, the pick makes itself. he was prime blue chip, nobody in history would dispute that pick at the time it was made. really as riskless as you can get, though there is always risk. iow bolt of lighting

guys like losman, maybin, mccargo, now those are big time mistakes. miss. takes. they made those judgment calls, and they stunk

Tom Donahoe didn't draft Maybin or McCargo

His only error was Losman.

I disagree. His biggest failure was hiring people who were nothing more than coordinators and weren't ready to be head coaches.

Donahoe may do well with Reid as his HC though.

Agreed.

His biggest failures were his choices as Head Coaches, especially thay Idiot Williams.

He did a good job signing free agents that's as far as I will go for him. He traded for Drew Bledsoe and then put a bunch of stiffs in front of him for a line. He drafted poorly. He hired 2 bad head coaches. I'll give him a D+.

I disagree on Mularkey being a bad head coach. Got the team to 1 game away from the playoffs. His failure ties into TD's failure of being forced to start Losman the next season.

Gregg Williams on the other hand...horrible head coach, good defensive coordinator, scumbag human being.

the reason why the team was 1 game away from a playoff was because he inherited Greg Wiliams' D.

In his 1st year the O ranked 25th and dropped to 28th in his 2nd.
In his 1st yr. the D was ranked no. 2 and dropped to 29th in his 2nd.

He lost his players' respect and they rebeled against him. Even the players at atlanta have spoken publicly against Mularkey.

Donahoe is tremendous at finding talent. Good for Philly.
