Well it is the only final I was hoping for after seeing the final four. I don't really care. I wouldn't mind seeing Brodeur win one in his final season (I can only hope it is) and Parise get one and then come to Buffalo. Don't really want to see Mike Richards and Jeff Carter win one after doing nothing for practically the whole season (I think Carter tanked on purpose in Columbus). If I rooted for anyone on LA it would be Brown. But who wants the Stanley Cup to be in LA?

Maybe, just maybe if LA won it the NHL could become a little more popular nationwide though. It's not like my season ticket prices are going to go down.

as i type this la goes up 2-0 in games. ten(?) straight road wins (i think thats what he said) this has got to be the most magical nhl run ever. they arent bruisers, they arent huge scorers, theyve just won almost every game in the postseason. unreal

Well, it's finally over and FA starts 1 July, which is less than 3 weeks away. I'm not sure that the Sabres will be doing much, though.
