Some encouraging news from this article below regarding the sale of the Bills when Ralph passes. It sounds like there's a lot going on behind the scenes and Ralph wants Jimbo to be a part of the next ownership group. It also sounds like there's 2-3 potential ownership groups that would want to keep the team in Buffalo and build a new stadium downtown or closer to Niagra.

Great article. I have posted before that Bob Rich said he & his friends, the movers & shakers of Buffalo view the Bills as a cultural asset & they will do everything in their power to keep that asset in Buffalo.
