    Dickerson could be an X-factor for Bills

    “Whooo, he’s fast — really fast,” said Bills tight ends coach Pete Metzelaars.

    “It’s a new little wrinkle,” said Bills offensive coordinator Curtis Modkins. “Hopefully he continues to get better and improve. We’ll see when the preseason starts, it’ll be a good indicator of what he can do, but I’m excited about him. He’s a fast-twitch guy. That’s where he’s different. He’s one of those fast-twitch, speed, quickness guys that’s hard to match up with.”

    His issue has always been two things;

    1. He's just not that fundamentally sound, average hands, below average routes, lots of false steps

    2. Is he a WR or a TE or a HBack

    #2 is alot less important in our offensive system.

          His name would look cool on the back of a jersey, I've seen this before.

              The youtube highlights I've seen of him he looks more like a big WR then he does a small TE.

                So many underdog stories. How can you not root for this guy or this team?

                  His family is fantastic. I highly doubt it's meant to be a girls name.

                  Ever since playing against him I've held him in very high regard. He's a very, VERY hard worker, and he's a damn good blocker. If he could overtake McIntyre I would be very pleased. Being that he was drafted as a WR/TE and pass catcher for Houston and knows how to block, he's a great fit in Gailey's system. He's played every damn position anyone could ask him to play, and he keeps proving his worth. If we let him go, then that's a shame.
