Well, for a second I forgot $2 million goes a lot farther in WNY than it does where I live.
justa's right- that house would probably be $5 million in Baltimore and $8 million in Northern VA.

While the tech boom was happening everywhere else in the late 90's/early 2000's, Xerox, Kodak and B&L were laying people off and the Rochester economy was very stagnant compared to other places in the country.
