Did anybody hear about a trade rumor for Bobby Ryan

Here is what I heard:

Philly has offered Mezarous, Reed, a first round pick and a prospect

Buffalo has offered Stafford, Adam, Sekara and a first rounder

I would rather not part with the first rounder too, but I would make that trade.

Sekera is replaceable.

Draft picks are hit or miss.

Adam is a question mark. He started so hot and then completely cooled off. If this rumor is true, this is the part of the trade that we might regret. It's hard to say how he will develop.

Still, I'd make the trade.

I have heard more about this "trade offer".

Anaheim wants Ennis in the trade. Buffalo might up the offer but don't know if they would give up Ennis.

Agreed that the soft Stafford,Adam & Sekera are worth trading for Ryan. I would do that in a minute.

IMO it looks like there is a chance. The Sabres are actively pursuing. We've made these deal happen before.

Here's hoping
