Starting a fantasy football league can't be too hard. After all, if Vince McMahon can create his own football league with real players - although the word "real" is up for debate - the average Jim should be able to handle a fantasy league.
What many fantasy rookies don't realize is that making a league that lasts longer than the XFL takes some planning. Like a quarterback with no blocking, a poorly thought-out league gets old quickly and might not last the season.
Here's a couple of pointers for new fantasy players looking to get started. Experienced owners should consider it a refresher course of the fundamentals. Even the veterans need a reminder every now and then....
