#3 pick may have more serious knee issue than expected, poor Brownies.

6 1/2 weeks until we face the Browns. If it's anything that requires any kind of surgery, he probably won't be ready by then.

No Richardson and a rookie QB. I like those odds. ;)

I think the browns were reaching anyway when they picked him, afterall he did have surgery on that knee before the combine. Reminds me of when we took McGahee, then again we knew we wouldn't see him the first year.

And Joe Haden may be facing a 4-game suspension which would benefit us greatly.

That is big. Their CB's are one of the few things they have going for them.

I guess I was wrong. It's being reported that Richardson will have knee surgery, but he's expected to be back by the opener.

As of right now, Richardson with surgery likely misses the rest of the preseason but is ready to go week 1.

It's allegedly a minor procedure that if the games mattered he'd only miss a couple weeks but with preseason why rush it?

The Browns are a damn soap opera and the problem is, they're not any good.

Being back for the opener seems fanciful. Missing that much training camp time is bad. And when he returns, he could still have knee issues.

Ive seen the same timetable but Ive also seen that its really just a guess because the injury is rather uncommon. Either way he won't be ready in Week 1 to take 20-25 carries they'll have to work him back slowly.

One person said they think they can get him into the last two preseason games which seems like a big risk.
