    GDT: Bills vs Vikes (Wood is active!)

    Gameday at MIN, Starters to get approx 20 plays? Is it TD or bust for the #Bills starting Offense?

    Eric Wood is active!


    And Young will be throwing to the 2nd team.

    Heading into the first preseason game against Washington last week Ryan Fitzpatrick said he was most interested in seeing how the run game would look since teams can’t fully replicate game conditions when executing run plays. Ironically, Fitzpatrick did not call a single run play in the 14 snaps he and the first team offense ran last week. This Friday night against Minnesota that’s going to change.
    “We have not run the ball as much as we wanted to in preseason and we made this week the week we’re going to come back and work on the run game quite a bit,” said head coach Chan Gailey.

    He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can     mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.

    How can it not be? I mean, you have to score...even in the preseason and especially if your starters get 20 or so snaps. Oh, and there's this little thing called a "running game" they might want to explore. That should help too :)

            No, we know what we have in FJax and CJ. A baby step would be seeing if Choice can actually get postive yardage when we give him the ball. A man's step is if he gets a big play or a TD (I've never seen Choice actually make a big play for us). Also I want to see if our line can keep the Viking horde away from Fitz and see if he can throw a 20 to 30 yard completion with at least 20 of it off his arm and not a dink pass for five yards that a WR adds fifteen to twenty on with his feet. Oh, and third down conversions. Our D shows signs of being able to force 3 and outs this year, but our offense looks like they still have problems with the concept of getting a first down on third and less than five.

              u call that a gdt? wheres the broadcast info, wheres the injury report, wheres the key questions, wheres the witty commentary?

                Facing Jared Allen should be a pretty good test for Cordy Glenn tonight. Not sure how good that is for Fitz though...

                  Good! That sounds like just enough to start easing them back in. I'll guess that next week they'll probably be in the whole time that the other offensive starters are in.
                  I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.

                  I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.

                    I just want them to move the ball. I don't want to them to give anything to the jets.
