    GDT: Steelers at Bills

The weather looks awesome, should be around 80 degrees & clear at kickoff.

              Re: GDT: Steelers at Bills

I'd like to see them start running the ball a little more, with 2 good RB's there should be more rushing attempts, last season the Bills finished 27th in rushing attempts, yet finished 4th in yards per attempt, that tells me run the ball more. The 2nd half of last season teams sat on the Bills short passing routes and they'll do the same this year. One way to stop that is to stretch the field, but that all depends on Fitz's ability to hit longer passes, another way is to start running the ball more, I feel safer with running the ball more than Fitz being consistent on longer passes. I know the NFL has become a passing league, but that's because of the quality of some of the QB's out there. Fitz is not Rodgers or Brees, Gailey needs to stop game planing like he is.

They've been blessed so far - one of two teams reporting no injuries this week, other than late scratches:

Keep up to date on NFL injuries with CBSSports.com's injury report.

If you click on PUP/IR, you can view that. You'll see an oddity in the IR list...RB Kenny Irons, 2nd rounder by CIN in 2007.. Tore up a knee in his 1st preseason game and ended his career. Brown keeps that status for him so he qualifies for an NFL pension this year. He did the same for their #1 in '05 - LB/DE David Pollack.

I'd be happy to see something from Mario tonight.

Meh. He'll probably just pin his ears back on third down. He's never been a motor guy. He'll probably just dawg it a little tonight and try to stay healthy. Very similar to what players like Bruce used to do in preseason.

I hope Kyle can stay healthy this year. He has had a fantastic preseason.
