None of that would matter if the Bills ended up with another 6-10 record. I like Fitzpatrick, smart QB, good guy, but he's our starting QB. He needs to be set to the same standards as the rest of the starting QB's in the league. If he can't win, the Bills will eventually have to move on and find a QB that can.
