I dunno - I'm not seeing the value in keeping him. He's stunk as a QB. He's never been a good WR. Obviously returning kicks isn't his strong suit. I wouldn't be shocked if Thigpen is #3 and Smith hits the street.

One man filling three little-used positions, in a world where roster positions are a precious commodity, is a strong advantage. Guido Merkens made a career of it.
