It appears that Cleveland Browns are going to have a look at Tank Carder. I'm not sure if the Bills intended to add him to the practice squad or not. But Cleveland snatched him up according to Tank Carder via Twitter.

That being said James Michael Johnson 4th round pick this year, D'Qwell Jackson and Kaluka Maiava will start this week.

Carder is one injury away from starting as there is zero depth at the position.
