Eli manning or MJD

I'm in a keeper league. Do I keep Eli for a 6th rd pick, or do I hope that MJD will report and be able to start strong and give up my 1st? What do you guys/girls think?

Keep Eli. Even if MJD returns, by the time he gets back to form (if ever for this season) you may already be out of the race.

MJD will report today, however, I've heard that they are so impressed by the guy who replaced him all pre-season that he might not get as much of the workload as he is used to getting even when he comes back. Might not be worth a 1 any more.

I'm also weary of guys who just show up after holding out all camp. As we've seen in the past how it's hurt guys like Larry Johnson and Chris Johnson come to mind that stuggled big time after holding out. So I say toss him back but if he's able to re-draft I might consider him as a #2 RB.
