I just watched the interview with Gailey at bb.com and when asked about the OL and their conditioning due to injuries and lack of reps, he said they're not there yet. He said the guy they're most concerned about right now is Pears and they have a plan to limit how much he plays. He's not sure yet exactly how it will work, maybe rotate every couple series, but don't expect to see Pears on every offensive play. He didn't mention Hairston at all, that's just my assumption. Maybe we'll see Young in there too.

There isn't a lot of drop off if Hairston going in for Pears, nor Rhinehart going in for Urbik.

Losing Levitre or Wood, on the other hand...that would be bad.
