Fitz a B+? Is that supposed to be a joke or something. His INT's and inability to move the ball in the first half is the reason why the game was over with by the time he threw his 3rd one to begin the 2nd half. After that the defense backed off some and was just trying to defend against quick scores while running time off the clock. Even if it wasn't because of that, Fitzpatrick's horrible INT's and play is the reason why we were out of it in the first place.

I'm not so sure about your grades. For example, Fitzpatrick had a QB rating of 66.5 and was in the bottom third of QBs this week. To me, that's more like a D-.

If you combine all of your grades into an overall grade, it would average out to maybe a B+ or A-. I think an overall team grade like that would have won the game.

Fitzpatrick and the offense put up 28 pts and nearly 400 yards on the road vs a tough defense. I'd say thats impressive--the only failure was Dave Wannstedt

are you trolling or being sarcastic? you can't be serious right? We were down by 30+ points...the game was over. Fitz got us smashed. he scored a few td's in garbage time against 2nd stringers in a prevent defense, but nobody in their right mind would give him credit for that. He was an abomination yesterday; he played QB like you post.

I think our offense did good because they rolled up a bunch of garbage points and yards!!!

Anything that happened after 41-7 is basically meaningless and you can take absolutely nothing away from it.

Original Poster, you know what teams do when they're up 34 points in the second half and 20 points in the 4th quarter? They let you have anything and everything you want over the middle of the field because watching the clock tick away is the most important thing when you have a game in the bag.

The only quarterback in the ENTIRE LEAGUE who had a worse game on Sunday than Fitz was rookie Brandon Weeden.

That includes four other rookie QBs (Luck, Griffin, Tannehill, Wilson) who were in their first game in the pros.

If that isn't an F, I don't know what is.

B+, I would say a D at very best. He and Chan are singularly responsible for the cluste**** that was his three INTs performance

HB-A+-Spiller was the best player on the field

B+, he was one of the few bright spots and while the fumble wasn't entirely his fault, he really needed to hold onto that thing because it led to yet another Jets score

C+, Jones and Joker did too little too late

yup, he sure did pass for nearly 400 yards and he got three TDs too. Of course he also threw four very costly interceptions, one of which was returned for a score, and the others which started the jets near midfield. Yes, I was unimpressed by our lackluster D as much as anyone else, but its never good when your opponent gets to not only kill your momemtum by taking the ball away from you and its even worse when they get the ball back from you between the 40 and the 50
