So what is this 378-432-8 mean? This is the Bills all-time record giving them a 46% historical winning percentage or a 7-9 record! Sound familiar? If you take out the Kelly era, which was the result of a lucky promotion to Bill Polian, the winning percentage would be even worst. Historically, the Bills are not a winning team.
So, history shows, that we are in fact a team like the Browns, Lions, Raiders, etc... except all those teams are better, they have made the playoffs this decade.
